I understand that when you are running a small business, not a day goes by without an HR niggle or issue arising. It can be wearing, time consuming (hello, recruitment!) and it can be daunting, as it is often really important to get things done efficiently as well as legally and compliantly if you want to avoid further issues down the line and keep your HR healthy.
So, I’m donning my stethoscope and white coat and playing doctor, and hosting an HR Clinic in Oxford and London in July.
