Founded by our Managing Director Emma Browning in 2014, we are a small but perfectly formed team of HR professionals and qualified Coaches with significant experience of successfully delivering professional, commercial and practical HR/Coaching solutions. We work with management, leadership and employee teams to design and implement people practices and processes that work for their business and deliver high performing teams.
