Before we have candidates to interview – there’s some work to do! Firstly, you need to be able to attract the right people to your business. What is your brand story and why would someone want to work for you? We work with you to create your employer brand story, design a recruitment landing page for your website and make sure you are found and therefore attracting the best possible people to your business.
You then need to interview your prospective candidates, and it’s important you recruit someone with the right skills and abilities not just to perform in your role but with the right behaviours to fit with your team and culture. Working with you, we will design an effective recruitment process to ensure we are testing candidates’ skills and behaviours, including the use of psychometric tools where necessary.
Once you’ve secured the ideal candidate, we work with you to create an on-boarding plan to ensure they join you and stay!
